Planetbase: A Strategy Game for Xbox One

Planetbase is a strategy game where you are in charge of a group of space settlers trying to establish an outpost on a remote planet. As the base architect and manager, your role is to oversee the construction of structures that will help your colonists survive. Ensuring that they have a constant supply of oxygen, food, and water is crucial to keeping them alive.

The game has four different planets, each with its own set of conditions, making it increasingly difficult to survive. You must harness solar and wind energy (if available) to power your base's structures. Additionally, you need to grow hydroponic vegetables and synthesize Vitromeat to feed your population. Mining and producing raw resources, processing them, manufacturing goods, and establishing a production chain are also crucial to your colony's survival.

To keep your colony thriving, you must carefully manage the immigration flow of colonists to ensure you have the people with the right skills. You must also survive disasters like meteors, sandstorms, or solar flares and defend your base from intruders. Mechanizing your base by creating bots that will help with the more arduous tasks is also essential. You can grow your colony from a few initial pioneers to a vibrant planetbase with hundreds of colonists.
